We’re looking for a talented Quality Assurance Analyst to work collaboratively with the engineering team in order to deliver our product in a quality manner. This individual would be a part of the project teams, looking out for potential quality risks. This would involve understanding the product and the customer use cases, and helping identify and resolve any potential defects before they are delivered.  

The ideal candidate would have experience working in Agile environments, specifically with web-based applications. Backbone engineering currently has a strong value in automated testing - and the ideal candidate would be able to supplement our current test suite.

• Able to work with minimal supervision

What You’ll Do:

• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
• Supplement automated tests created by engineers
• Develop quality assurance company processes
• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand new features and quality issues that may arise
• Work with the Customer Support team to help organize and triage any incoming issues

 
Competencies

• Experience with manual testing of Web Applications
• Cypress Test Automation
• JIRA
• Test Case Documentation
• Any experience in the apparel or design industry
