WHO YOU ARE... 

As a Product Manager you’re excited about leading teams that build impactful products that make it easier for a homebuyer to apply for a loan and make it faster for a lender to analyze and validate borrower information. Our loan application completion rate is consistently above 80% with an average time-to-complete of under 45 minutes; we’re hoping you can help us do even better!


The right candidate has experience working with a team of talented product designers and engineers to solve well-defined problems while building and maintaining enthusiasm, velocity, and focus throughout the process. There will be charts, and PowerPoints, and Zenhub boards aplenty to go along with your business case creation, strategic analysis, and team coordination. 


This is a mid-level role and an incredible opportunity to not only run, but shape and improve our product processes at this growing fintech company. We’re eager for you to take ownership of your projects; learn our organization, culture, and goals; and apply your expertise to making our product team better.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

  • Gather requirements, analyze data, and coordinate stakeholders as you become a subject matter expert of borrowers’ needs
  • Build business cases and partner with your engineering and design teammates to ideate innovative product solutions, write user stories, QA user experiences and deliver a product experience to market
  • Lead kick-offs, scrums, and plan sessions shoulder-to-shoulder with a strong technical lead and talented product designer
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research to inform your roadmap and back up your decisions
  • Present key insights based on data and metrics to the VP of Product, leadership team, and Board of Directors
  • Identify and track core metrics to measure and report the success of your initiatives across the organization; all in coordination with the overall strategic vision of the company.

IDEALLY YOU'LL HAVE...

  • Extensive experience as a SaaS Product Manager with a track-record of delivering impactful solutions
  • A well-defined track record of releasing successful product on a frequent basis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate findings and concepts that support the problem you are trying to solve
  • Additional bonus points for data analysis experience, including creating and running SQL queries; B2B2C experience; and knowledge of the lending, FinTech or mortgage technology ecosystem.

Minimum Compensation: $115,000 base + strong benefits + equity
