About You

• Experience: You have 5+ years of software product management experience. You have one or more successful product launches in which you had overall responsibility.
• Curiosity: The best solutions are often not obvious. You enjoy exploring and testing multiple ways to solve the underlying problem.
• Empathy: You spend time with customers to deeply understand the progress they are trying to make in their lives. You advocate on their behalf.
• Persistence: There are always reasons not to do something; you are willing to push through obstacles to bring the right product to market.
• Appreciation for Detail: You are passionate about your favorite products, and can articulate the little details that make them amazing.
• Communication: You are confident in sharing your thoughts in verbal, written, or deck form. You are comfortable with constructive debate with colleagues and peers.
• Low Ego: In product, many of our ideas don't end up working. You don't get too attached to any one idea or theory. You want to build the best possible idea, regardless of where it came from.
• Location: Remote or Denver, CO (Relocation offered if you'd like to move to an awesome city with 300+ days of sun ☀️)

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is obsessed with solving problems, able to lead cross-functional teams, and adept at synthesizing technology into high-quality products that simplify the many complexities of real estate investing.

• Craft amazing product experiences which delight our customers.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver a product with remarkable quality
• Lead a key product area including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers and embody their voice.
• Own and drive projects from ideation through implementation and launch.
• Combine qualitative and research and quantitative analysis to inform decisions.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is $100,000-$150,000. The salary will depend on years of relevant experience and skill set.
