Senior Product Manager
About the position
IntelePeer seeking a Senior Product Manager who loves to learn and wants to create big things. You will be working with our customer-facing teams to understand customer needs, and you will be working closely with development and engineering teams to create and deliver a product roadmap that addresses those needs.
This product manager will be responsible for the Atmosphere Portal, the customer-facing home for signup, access and management of our CPaaS platform services. Their efforts will be aimed at creating a positive and productive signup and management experience for new and existing customers, with the ultimate objective of growing acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention of our CPaaS platform.
As a key member of our product management team, the Product Manager brings an analytical mind, desire to learn, and hands-on success in delivering technical products while working collaboratively across the organization. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for all product life cycle activities related to developing and launching new products and features to the market.
REPORTS TO: Director, Product Management
Position responsibilities
- Facilitate user research, requirements collection, product definition, and design
- Work with Product Marketing to conduct competitive, market, and customer research in support of product requirements, pricing, and positioning
- Empathize with the user and advocate for usability and utility
- Build, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on positioning, pricing, target customers, and training
- Collaborate with Development, Engineering, Operations, and Legal to ensure that all products and services are delivered to IntelePeer’s standards for quality, usability, and privacy
- Work with Product Marketing and Customer Success to optimize the customer onboarding flow and to drive product adoption
- Monitor key product metrics; identify, recommend, and implement strategies to improve market position

Education
- Bachelor’s degree

Experience & expertise
- 5+ years’ experience using agile principles to manage products in the software or communications industry
- Experience utilizing product and user analytics tools
- Proficient in Product Management and/or Project Management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Desirable experience
- Prior experience in a growth product management role
