Inspirato is seeking a delivery-minded, tech-savvy Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our industry-changing applications. This role resides in the product management department that sits at the intersection of our business, engineering team and customer base. Responsibilities:

• Coach and manage associate product managers and/or product managers
• Define and drive the strategic direction of the product roadmap
• Effectively manage product and tech priorities across multiple teams and initiatives to align with company goals
• Possess strong insight into customer (internal & external) needs and pain points
• Partner closely with product design and engineering team to align business objectives with technology and design solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to detail business and technical requirements and distill big-picture concepts into specific, actionable product iterations
• Manage backlog priorities and work with the delivery team to iteratively scope and groom work as needed
• Ensure JIRA tickets and product specification documents are created based on requirements from ideation to delivery
• Define and communicate measures of success and objectives for the delivery team
• Proactively seek customer input and feedback and share results with the delivery team
• Responsible for solution meeting business objectives and customer acceptance and adoption
• Identify opportunities to deliver actionable, high-impact results
• Recognize, document, escalate, and coordinate resolutions for issues that occur throughout the project lifecycle
• Document and follow-up on key decisions

• Experience in product lifecycle management and product delivery
• Background in all aspects of software development and program management
• Experience with Agile environment is a must

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong vision and end-to-end ownership of a product and its evolution

• Demonstrable experience and capability to manage projects autonomously
• Adept at identifying and facilitating conflict resolution amongst delivery team members as well as stakeholders
• Develop communication and diplomacy skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence client and stakeholder relationships
• Experience of managing, direct or matrix, project managers, technical resource and other resource assigned to project or program
• Experience in managing deliverables via 3rd party vendors in a high profile and/or technically innovative solution
• Experience in the management of projects to budgetary constraints
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized on several concurrent projects
• Technology product ownership background is a must
• Agency/consultant experience a plus
• Experience using JIRA/Atlassian tools a plus

Qualifications:

• 5+ years technology product team experience serving as an analyst and/or product owner/manager
• People management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
