Job Duties and Responsibilities
Senior Product Manager sought by DISH Network, LLC in Englewood, CO.
Support the Sling Product team in developing the product roadmap, requirements, user experience, and product strategy for the Sling TV cross-platform features and functionality; guide the success of the Sling TV product and lead the cross-functional team responsible for improving it; set the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the product including personalization, In-app transaction capabilities, backend architecture improvements (migrating to microservice-based structures), new user interfaces and experiences, improved search capabilities, and new content discovery mechanisms; discuss with strategic partners possible product integrations and innovative ways to increase product adoption across different platforms; lead 2 Product Specialists and 2 Product Managers.
Req’s: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Global Management, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Systems Engineer.
Requires 2 years of systems engineering experience (may be obtained concurrently)
Designing and developing tools and customizations based on product gaps and client requirements;
Supporting and analyzing interfaces and applications; and
Using C++, Unix, Shell Scripting, Microsoft VBA, Pearl Scripting, Oracle, Microsoft Visio, and Service Management Tool.
