You will create a shared vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products that delight our customers and end-users. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus and proactive communication on priorities leading to product execution. Drive product development day-to-day by embedding within teams of engineers and designers and leading cross-functional groups together to bring those solutions to market. The product team is focused on maximizing the value we provide to our customers by creating a frictionless and secure experience for all users on the platform.
 
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for technology with 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager leading an innovative, agile team. You should have significant experience shipping products from concept to launch and be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. You can think in terms of the big picture, but also get your hands dirty with whatever it takes to ship products and features successfully - from QA testing to supporting customers. You know how to research topics, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to figure out what we need to build - and when. You know how and when to be scrappy in our growth stage startup environment.

What are some social events your company does?

Snapdocs has a wide assortment of events during the year, ex. Rumble, SoulCycle, volunteering events, in office trivia nights, and happy hours. Members of our leadership team host a weekly Q&Ales session where you can ask questions and discuss what’s going on at Snapdocs. Every summer we host a family picnic for our team & their families.

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

We are building the technology that connects the fragmented real estate ecosystem. That means we have to design a seamless, intuitive experience for users from entirely different companies & different use cases – from consumers to title companies to lenders. We end up tackling problems that both consumer and SaaS product teams face.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Since starting at Snapdocs, I have been given tremendous amounts of opportunity for growth and learning. I began on our branch support team, but since then I have been fortunate enough to move on to a lead role, and eventually onto our Customer Success team where I live now. Thanks to Snapdocs, I have been able to level up my career considerably.

At Snapdocs, we are building a real estate platform. We have the challenge of architecting an n-way marketplace which is secure, performant and delightful to use. We are carving out micro-services for our core services, while augmenting experience with integration and deepening the value of our application suite with machine learning.
