ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Manager,  you will define and drive the roadmap for Inboxlab’s brands using data, and insights as your guide. Your vision and creativity will lead the direction and voice of the brand portfolio. With a passion for digital strategy, you will assist in business development initiatives, brand optimizations, and managing the day to day operations of the brand suite. 

You will work across many departments learning and contributing where needed to increase efficiency, expedite growth and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for integrating content for the portfolio of brands, such as customized email templates, blog posts and websites. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into the user experience is crucial.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Oversee the daily operations within your brand suite, analyzing areas of opportunity
  • Act as project manager and oversee the design and development workflows for individual brands
  • Maximize optimization of brands by identifying inefficient systems and finding solutions to solve problems
  • Create brand and feature specs prior to design and development
  • Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to measurably improve our user experience
  • Use A/B testing, UX research, and other data, both quantitative and qualitative to inform product decisions and prioritization
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize initiatives with potential to deliver the greatest business impact
  • Own the product roadmap for all projects related to your initiatives
  • Define what success looks like, how it will be measured, and how it will impact company-wide goals 
  • Assist in the management of outsourcing visual and written content, including the identification of new sources
  • Manage revenue opportunities with affiliate programs to increase revenue and positively impact the bottom line
  • Manage business development initiatives with current and potential partners to implement new advertising placements
  • Manage the implementation of email optimization strategies for the brand suiteIdentify forward-thinking consumer insights, analyze competitive trends, and assist with consumer testing

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING

  • 7+ years of product management experience at fast-growing tech companies
  • The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced atmosphere
  • Comfort navigating product challenges in a high growth environment, while working cross-functionally within a collaborative culture
  • The ability to interpret and synthesize market information and consumer insights into actionable steps
  • Knowledge of email optimization and deliverability and the ability to analyze data
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS a plus
  • Extreme attention to detail with a strong focus on Quality Assurance (QA)
  • A desire to learn new technologies, languages, and frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal) that shepherd stakeholders along and bolster your decisions with focus and brevity
  • Must have creative problem solving and good analytical skills
  • Must work well with cross-functional teams
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet objectives in a timely manner and on budget
  • A strategic perspective to say no to good ideas so we can focus on the few, truly great ones
  • An ego-free embrace of vigorous debate and conviction that it's better to be aligned than right
