Zoom Rooms is the flagship offering for conference rooms and workspaces from Zoom. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to drive the management experience for Zoom Rooms and devices. You will engage with enterprise customers and build delightful management experiences that meet complex needs. You will work with hardware partners to bring seamless management experiences to every device.

Responsibilities:

• Set the strategy and drive execution for Zoom Rooms administrative experience and device management. 

• Own the roadmap for APIs between Zoom products and hardware products to create a unified management experience for all conference room devices. 

• Create seamless management experiences for Zoom Rooms software and hardware devices. 

• Produce requirements and work with the User Experience team to deliver intuitive product experiences.

• Collaborate with Engineering and partners for project requirements and scope in order to drive delivery of features and processes. 

• Connect regularly with customers, partners and users to understand their goals and needs, translating those into actionable deliverables. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software product management in the Enterprise SaaS space. Hardware or device management experience highly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• MBA highly preferred

• Proven record of managing and delivering successful products and features

• Experience collaborating and driving results across teams and organizations.

• Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

• Ability to operate independently with general direction

• Executive communication skills both verbally and in writing with strong business acumen

• Ability to distill complex requirements into actionable roadmap

• Operate with a sense of urgency and accountability
