About the Team VIZIO's Software Product Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own key elements of VIZIO's Smart TV experience for voice control and content search. When looking for the hottest movies or the latest TV shows, our customers search using our voice remote or onscreen search. In this role, you will own this search experience, continuously optimizing the search results, supported features and UI design to help users find their content. Additionally, you will drive the roadmap to expand our voice platform to implement innovative new features, beyond our current commands spanning TV control, app launching, content discovery and more. What You Will Do

• As Senior Product Manager for Voice and Search, you will own the roadmap for VIZIO's voice platform and search experience
• In collaboration with the full product team, you'll contribute to a long-term product plan that aligns with VIZIO's vision for smart TV.
• Guide new features through a customer lens with a keen eye for a great user experience.
• Keep a close watch on KPIs, usage analytics and user feedback.
• Manage the product backlog and communicate requirements to engineering through documentation and user stories.
• Closely collaborate with the design team on user experience, style guides and graphic assets.
• Drive user testing through prototypes and customer beta tests.
• Work with marketing, this role will help craft and refine outbound messaging about new features.

About You

• You have 4+ years of experience in product management for software development with consumer-facing products
• You have 3+ years of experience in product management for software development with streaming video apps
• You have 2+ years of experience in product management with voice feature development
• You have experience building discover features through search
• You have experience working as a product owner in agile software development process
• You have deep knowledge of smart TV features and functionality
• You have experience collaborating on projects with multiple participants working remotely
• You have worked with JIRA and online project management systems.
• You have participated in the UX/UI design lifecycle for TV applications
• You have experience with software projects based on HTML and JavaScript
• You have knowledge of streaming video formats and DRM
• You have experience in consumer analytics platforms
• You have familiarity in streaming advertising technology
• You have willingness to travel
