What we're looking for
IntelePeer's Atmosphere platform helps our customer build powerful interactions across multiple communications channels that improve business from all angles. Business communications are evolving, and voice communications are no exception. IntelePeer is looking for an experienced individual to manage & expand our international voice offerings and guide the transformation of the product as business needs change. The successful candidate will be a highly curious and independent individual can steer the product to success. This person will have a deep understanding of the international telecommunications ecosystem & regulatory issues, international calling capabilities, pricing schemes, margin management, and routing. This person will have the ability to communicate with customers to understand needs & create solutions, and the ability to communicate product needs cross-functionally to team members across the organization.
Duties
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs to guide the product roadmap
  • Work with other product managers to seamlessly integrate our voice offering with other products
  • Work with the development team to write requirements for new features, bug fixes, and guide the evolution of the product
  • Develop a product roadmap for future feature enhancements
  • Work with the Vendor Manager to manage current vendor (supplier) relationships and communicate product needs
  • Work with internal teams to implement new vendors and manage cost changes
  • Collaborate with our Legal team to ensure customer contracts are up to date and protect IntelePeer & customer interests
  • Keep abreast of changes in the regulatory realm and work to position IntelePeer for success
  • Understand and manage international voice pricing & costs

Requirements
  • 5+ years in a product management role
  • 3-5 years of experience with international voice communications
  • Experience with international regulations as they relate to voice communications
  • Experience with EU, LATAM, and or APAC markets preferred
  • Understanding of International voice products & pricing
  • Understanding/Experience with SIP communications
  • Understanding/Experience with SaaS based offerings
  • Bachelor's Degree

Compensation
  • The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $120,000 - 140,000 for annual base salary. Employees are eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions pursuant to the Company's commission plan. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
