StackHawk shifts security testing left! With a strong founding team that has deep experience in security and DevOps, and some of the best venture investors in the business, StackHawk is on a mission to change application security. We are looking for the right team to launch this rocket ship.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager, reporting to our Head of Product, to ensure our product, from the UI to the CLI, has a thoughtful workflow, is developer first in its design and function, and creates a path for StackHawk to grow our user base organically within an organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Roadmap for growth: You’ll partner with our Head of Product and Leadership team to translate our Growth team vision and strategy into a roadmap that will enable us to achieve our purpose at scale. You’ll also perform analysis, interpret insights, calculate business impact, and assist with monthly reporting, all with the focus of discovering and designing new avenues for product-led growth. As part of this you’ll partner with the larger Growth team to execute experiments and research, interpreting the results to develop actionable changes and initiatives that reduce friction and address pain points to both engage current users and expand our user base.
• Collaborate and lead initiatives: As a product leader at the company, you’ll be collaborating with the executive team, working closely with a distributed team of designers and developers, as well as with our go to market teams on driving joint efforts to reach the highest market impact. You’ll be responsible for ensuring these cross-functional teams have the alignment and clarity needed to consistently execute our growth roadmap, on time and with high quality. We are a small team with big ideas, so creativity and results-driven execution is key.
• Champion our purpose: You will work closely with the engineering and design teams in order to create a differentiated, developer friendly DAST offering; ensuring StackHawk is a pioneer in the movement to shift security testing left. You will help bring these industry-forward ideas to market with expert guidance and skillful project management.
• Champion your team: Develop and share the product vision for your group, ensuring its alignment across the company. Communicate and celebrate your teams’ work internally and externally, including to executive management and potentially to the Board of Directors

Who You Are

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years working on devtools
• You have empathy for developers and a passion for their unique use cases technology and what happens behind the scenes of the software we’re all dependent on
• Impact focused with a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
• Ability to think big and small to build incremental features and prototypes, run experiments and fail fast, in service of a larger vision 
• Comfortable and skilled at presenting to, and gaining traction with, audiences of all sizes — from executive meetings with our CEO or Board and customer syncs to webinars and blog posts
• You are a self-motivated team player with the ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight
• You listen well. You build consensus by default, but can drive hard decisions when needed. You push the pace. You take blame and pass on praise. People love working with you
