We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager who is passionate about designing and building product experiences to help drive the rapid growth of this disruptive startup. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drivethe day-to-day as well as long-term roadmap for a crucial product area for a
- Own the day-to-day (feature lists, user stories) and long-term roadmap (prioritization, business cases, and vision) for a product area of a fast-growing, ambitious Fintech startup
- Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative solutionsto real-world customer problems
- Partner closely with Product Designers and Software Engineers to concept and deliver world-class Fintech product features
- Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
- Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- Monitor and report on product KPIs
- Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans
- Effectively prioritize and define product features so that Engineering, and others, can collaboratively design and execute
- Continuously rebalance product / service features which maximize value and minimize effort to focus on the highest -returning initiatives
- Cultivate a high-performing, one-team culture, particularly across product, sales & marketing, engineering, and design
- Holdyourteam accountable to make and meet commitments
- At least 3-5yearsof product management experiencein Fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce
- Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles to deliver outstanding product results
- Strong understanding of and focus on data to drive product decisions
- Working knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools
- Prior working experience in start-up environment

The posted salary range describes the minimum to maximum range for this job description in the state of Colorado. The salary range is posted in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work Act. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Colorado. $107,610 - 180,790. This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
