The Senior Product Manager, Enrollment is a newly created role, reporting to Christine Hettinger (Group Product Manager), focused on building new products that help prospective students get accepted and enrolled into the program of their choice. Your goal will be to drive positive outcomes consistent with our mission to unlock opportunity for the 88 million American workers in need of upskilling and reskilling, with a double-bottom line business model that does well by doing good. 

As the Senior Product Manager of Enrollment, you will:

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery against the roadmap for all enrollment related product investments with a focus on reducing friction for prospective students
  • Research, pursue and manage strategic external partnerships (i.e. Parchment) to help prospective students gather required documentation (official transcripts, FAFSA forms, etc.) for enrollment
  • Use data, user research and market knowledge to identify areas of opportunity, building a business case for new product investments
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to enhancing and optimizing the holistic enrollment funnel, working with operations, marketing, academic partners and other product managers to create a cohesive end-to-end experience for prospective students 
  • Work directly with engineering, analytics, design and senior leadership to deliver effective product(s) to market

In this role you will collaborate closely with: Katie Corder-Paul (Director of Student Operations), Travis Barton (Manager of Student Operations), Kyle Grant (Associate Product Manager, Admissions), Kate Rossiter (Senior Manager of Student Growth Marketing) and Beth Hegland (Principal Decision Scientist).

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 3+ years experience in a product management role, working cross-functionally with operations teams
  • Experience working in Salesforce
  • Experience working with Google Analytics/Segment/Amplitude/Optimizely/Heap/Marketo 
  • Effective leadership skills; you’re able to collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities and drive meaningful change at a key step in the admissions process
  • Experience with working with Looker/Tableau (ability to write SQL preferred)
  • Attention to detail; you’re willing to dig deep into the details to get things right
