We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Product Manager who will partner with customers, stakeholders, and our highly skilled internal application development teams to build the future of our Insights suite including reporting, data analytics and benchmarking. As a Sr. Product Manager for Insights you will have the opportunity to build on an already industry-leading product with special areas of focus including root cause analysis, predictive analytics, and employee engagement data. You will help keep Convercent by OneTrust at the forefront of customer requests, industry trends, competitive landscape and continually improve our Insights product offering, in an effort to help shape a new Trust Category. You will translate market needs into product opportunities while supporting existing product features to improve customer experience. You enjoy spending time with customers & prospects to understand their problems. Your passion is then turning your insight into innovative solutions and a strategic product roadmap.  

The successful candidate for this role will have experience in product management. They will be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a technical environment; along with a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.  As far as product roles go, this one will be heavily weighted towards strategic product & project management, with a supporting role in Agile ceremonies.  

Your Mission: 

• Design and execute product roadmap based on customer interaction, requests, competitive research and feature value vs. time to complete
• Drive product initiatives and lead geographically distributed cross-functional teams
• Develop on-going messaging and communications strategy for customers and partners that differentiates the Convercent by OneTrust portfolio
• Set and clearly communicate development objectives, needs, and status of projects to internal stakeholders and customers 
• Act as a Domain Expert for the product to conduct live customer training sessions and provide internal knowledge transfer and support

Your Experience Includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical or business field
• 5-10 years of enterprise level B2B product management experience, with an emphasis on maturing & enhancing existing products
• 5+ years experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to know when it’s necessary to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams, and influencing conversations to drive positive outcomes for the product and the business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience as a Product Owner role within Agile is a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary compensation range provided here is just that—a range! The offer that is ultimately extended is based on level of experience, skillset, certifications, and education. 

• Compensation: $135,000 - $165,000 base salary + annual bonus
• This position includes unlimited time off, comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), monthly tech stipend, 401(k) match, and company-paid sabbatical at five years of service.
