IntelePeer is seeking an experienced, product lean forward professional to help shape and execute the vision to make enterprise workflows and systems integrations an amazing experience for our customers. As a Senior product manager, you'll help shape strategy that offers to create and deliver seamless and elegant integration experiences that will be offered through our award-winning Atmosphere CPaaS platform.
In this role you'll be working closely with our customer-facing teams, partner teams, development, and engineering teams to create and deliver a product roadmap that addresses customer needs in a fast-paced digital transformation era.
You possess a passion for creating and leveraging leading-edge technologies to create complete customer solutions, understand and adapt to industry and market trends, thrive on getting out into the field to understand customer needs, test new ideas, iterate, measure success, and evangelize product vision.
As a key member of our product management team, you'll bring hands-on success in technical product delivery and work collaboratively across the organization to help manage the product strategy and roadmap.
REPORTS TO: Director, Product Management
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead our strategy and roadmap for Integration infrastructure and experiences
  • Facilitate market research, collect requirements, define roadmap, conduct stakeholder meetings to align and convert requirements into actionable and measurable tasks for development team
  • Identify, plan, and execute integrations through close collaboration with sales, customer success, and engineering teams
  • Increase the velocity, quality and scalability of integrations while accounting for customer specific needs and maintaining and outstanding user experience
  • Own the delivery and go to market for new integrations and contribute to building awareness and knowledge of new features through communication training material creation
  • Continuously meet with customers, partners, and internal solutions team to identify user cases to target regarding Enterprise systems integrations.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver industry leading experiences.
  • Work with cross functional teams on go to market strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and enablement teams to educate and train sales and support and help drive adoption and engagement of our product set.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • MBA or Master's degree in related field preferred


EXPERTISE and EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of product management experience managing B2B products in a technology-driven SaaS environment, startup, or telecommunications.
  • 3+ experience with integrating to 3rd party apps like Cloud CRMs like Salesforce.com, ServiceNow and other related Workflow Systems, ERP modules with deep understanding of vendor APIs.
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions
  • Experience building and executing a product roadmap for a B2B product with integrations and Robotic Process automation as the focus.
  • Have built products by collaborating cross functionally across engineering, product, data, analytics, marketing, design, and other key stakeholders
  • Can optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases
  • Knowledge of security and privacy implications of handling customer data
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset with working knowledge of Jira, Excel, and agile development process
  • Great communication skills in remote environment

Compensation

  • Compensation varies based on location the services are being performed. For individuals who would perform this work in Colorado, the starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $140,000 - 170,000 for annual base salary. Employees are eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions pursuant to the Company's commission plan. The successful candidate's actual pay will also be based on qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
