We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager, Chat Security, Compliance and Privacy with deep expertise in compliance systems to work on expanding Zoom’s Chat offering. This position involves working with large enterprise customers and building the roadmap to enhance user and admin experience with Zoom Chat.

Responsibilities:

• Help define and execute our Chat compliance, privacy and security roadmap 

• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive delivery of features, processes and happiness. 

• Prioritize roadmap and communicate plans with stakeholders.

• Driving compliance with various security standards and frameworks, achieving relevant security certifications and attestations, and working with business stakeholders to improve and automate security controls and compliance.

• Work with stakeholders across multiple organizations to develop and document information security policies and standards

• Ensure alignment of Chat product with relevant information security frameworks

• Advise business stakeholders and control owners on control improvements and best practices

• Partner with the risk management team to ensure proper risk mitigation through effective security standards and controls

• Participate in the security control compliance continuous monitoring program

• Represent the chat team in the planning and execution of readiness assessments and external audits for security certifications and attestations, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, FedRAMP and other U.S. and global security frameworks, compliance, data retention, data-residency and record keeping requirements such as GDPR, Shrems II, SEC 17a-4, FINRA and others.

• Define and develop advanced enterprise-grade features 

• Gather user research and customer requests and translate them into clear and concise technical product requirements

• Create consistent, unified experience across products, platforms, and devices

• Evangelize our product and vision to customers of all sizes, from single proprietors to Fortune 100 executives.

Ideal candidates will have: 

• 5+ Product Management experience preferably in SaaS based Enterprise focused organization

• Experience working in the compliance, security, privacy domains

• Experience creating technical product and design documents.

• Previously built applications for Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.

• Excellent partner management and communication skills

• Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen

• Demonstrated data-driven decision making skills

• Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated

• A proven record of managing and successfully delivering new products and features

• Ability to crystallize vague concepts into concise plans.

• Understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly.

• Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
