We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager, Chat Interoperability with deep expertise in messaging and collaboration products to work on expanding Zoom platform offering. This position involves working with large enterprise customers, building the roadmap, and developing third-party app integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Help define and drive interoperability integrations

• Work with external partners alongside business development

• Cross team collaboration to drive platform API changes supporting target scenarios

• Define and develop advanced enterprise-grade features and new API endpoints

• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive delivery of features, processes and happiness

• Prioritize roadmap and communicate plans with stakeholders

• Define product requirements and work with product design on our product experience

• Gather user research and customer requests and translate them into clear and concise technical product requirements

• Create consistent, unified experience across products, platforms, and devices

• Evangelize our product and vision to customers of all sizes, from single proprietors to Fortune 100 executives.

Ideal candidates will have: 

• 8+ Product Management experience preferably in SaaS based Enterprise focused organization

• Experience working with APIs or third party integrations

• Experience creating technical product and design documents.

• Strong UX/UI sensibility - you understand when having a few pixels offset could determine success or failure. 

• Previously built applications for Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.

• Excellent partner management and communication skills

• Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen

• Demonstrated data-driven decision making skills

• Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated

• A proven record of managing and successfully delivering new products and features

• Ability to crystallize vague concepts into concise plans.

• Understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly.

• Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Nice to have:

• Experience with messaging products

• High level understanding of compliance and security for Enterprise products

• Experience working with developer platforms and marketplaces
