About this role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager we call our “Lead Innovator” to co-create, ideate, and validate new and emerging digital products. You will have an opportunity to impact early-stage companies, shape product specs, market strategy, design roadmaps, and lead product development.

Who you are:

• You are an entrepreneur who has built complex end-to-end products from inception to launch or similar background.

• A clear understanding of the importance of robust project and process management skills – ability to drive projects from ideation to launch while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven the ability to be a strong leader who likes to dive in and work collaboratively.

• Possess a strong empathy for customers and a desire to learn about their problems.

• Product management experience with the ability to iterate solutions efficiently and intelligently.

• Self-directed and results-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and vet opportunities for product innovation.

• Manage new project lifecycle: ideation, validation, strategy, planning, and analysis.

• Ability to develop systems to rapidly test and analyze the product market fit, the product channel fit, and model market fit.

• Conduct user interviews, observations, and focus groups with internal and external stakeholders to collect feedback on the development strategies.

• Work with our creative and dev teams to design and deliver user stories, journeys and UX wireframes for engagement and onboarding digital products.

• Rapidly prototype and test designs with user centered design principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile/Lean Development: short waterfall, constant customer interaction, use the process as a guideline for building systems.

• Technology: Working knowledge in UX software and the capacity to learn new and utilize new technologies to efficiently communicate and solve problems.

• Leadership Skills: Experience leading teams. Vision oriented, motivator, great communication, clear goal setting, and decision making.

• Analytical Skills: Exceptional critical-thinking skills – ability to structure and solve problems, synthesize analysis into key takeaways and recommendations.

• Communication: Clear and effective communication with the ability to clearly communicate technical details to novice individuals.
