What we're looking for
For IntelePeer, data is paramount, facilitating improved customer offerings & better business decisions. The data we collect also adds value to our products for customers, creating opportunities for cost savings, revenue improvement and improved customer experience. The successful individual should be passionate about data and analytics. The Insights Product Manager is responsible for creating the vision and strategy for our dashboard and reporting product across all areas and executing against that plan. They should be the champion of customer needs for reporting & analytics throughout the organization. They should work with our team to create new ways to visualize & make our customer data more accessible. They should work with our security team to ensure compliance with privacy & security controls. Additionally, this person would work with our AI/ML team to enhance our Insights product with bleeding edge tech.
Duties

  • Work with customers to understand their reporting & analytics needs and use cases
  • Present customer data in approachable & easily understandable ways
  • Create and execute against vision & roadmap for Insights
  • Work with the AI team to drive Insights requirements for AI/ML use cases
  • Stay ahead of trends in the BI, data visualization, & analytics space and work to leverage them in our products and services
  • Work with peer product managers to ensure data associated with new feature development is available for the insights team to present to customers
  • Be a thought leader in the space and evangelize within the organization
  • Work with development, data and other cross functional teams to enhance product and features
  • Team with legal and infosec to ensure compliance with security & data privacy


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably related to data
  • 3-5 years of experience with data, analytics, and or data science
  • 1-2 years of experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Powerbi, etc)
  • Understanding of data science principles
  • Understanding of ML and AI capabilities & principles
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Understanding of cloud databases (Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, etc)
  • Understanding of SQL databases
  • Understanding of Event streaming
  • Understanding of NOSQL databases
  • Experience working with 3rd party data
  • Experience/Understanding of privacy by design & privacy requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, etc)
  • Salesforce
  • Jira

Compensation

  • The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $120,000 - 140,000 for annual base salary. Employees are eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions pursuant to the Company's commission plan. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
