Highlights:
As the Senior Enterprise Product Manager of Security Services (SASE), you are passionate about optimizing your portfolio of assigned services. You excel at driving product life cycle management and new service definition, supporting products, refining capabilities and driving internal and external awareness. You ensure market competitiveness for the product portfolio by concisely defining business requirements, applying in-depth competitive assessments and developing pricing tactics. You improve Security sales by conducting training and supporting sales representatives with large complex multi-site opportunities.
You partner with the Marketing team to extend concise and compelling communication of the product value proposition, competitive positioning and differentiators across various mediums, including product collateral, sales briefs, whitepapers and digital media. You have a strong and influential enterprise-wide presence and provide guidance to multiple teams. You report directly to the Senior Director of Security Services for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Encourage company-wide excellence and success by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to deliver a superior client experience and product portfolio that satisfies client current and future needs.
- Accurately Identify client needs through in-depth research of market and competitor information.
- Review product specifications and requirements to make informed recommendations on the nature and scope of product lines.
- Ensure successful product launches by appraising new product ideas and marketing programs.
- Improve brand and product awareness by evaluating the market, creating targeted marketing programs, developing promotions and recommending pricing.
- Enhance marketing strategies for product lines through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Present short- and long-term product sales forecasts and analyses for senior leadership to leverage.
- Satisfy future client needs by partnering with product teams to provide guidance on product enhancements and upgrades.
Required keys for success:
- Five or more years of product development or product management experience.
- Five or more years of experience with cable, telecommunications, software or online services.
- Proficient in understanding complex, technical concepts and translating them into simplified product attributes.
- Sound business acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret data to provide recommendations.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, competitive high-pressure environment.
- Desire to understand and build technical knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
- Extensive experience leading large, cross-functional teams to exceed business goals and results.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Product management experience in cybersecurity, MDR, SASE, SOCaaS or related with a Telco or MSO.
- Experience managing a team of Product Managers while being responsible for a complex portfolio of security services.
- Proven ability to communicate performance analytics, product status, business cases and process improvement recommendations via PowerPoint and Excel with exceptional accuracy, creativity and professionalism.
- History of building and managing strong working relationships across an enterprise B2B focused organization, including Sales, Sales Support, Operations, Client Care, Engineering and external vendors.
- Strong analytical skillset with successful track record of performance reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Product marketing experience with proficiency promoting and positioning the value proposition of security products and services.
- Complex opportunity management experience with an aptitude for assisting deal teams in large multi-site security pursuits.
Your education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience(required).
- Master's degree in a related field (preferred).

The pay for this position has a salary range of $96,100.00 to $170,500.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
