Senior Director, SaaS Product Management
CommercialTribe is looking for a unique thinking Senior Product Director to lead our SaaS based sales coaching solution. Specifically to further the creation of an in workflow assessment driven data analytics and coaching platform enabling sales managers to increase and improve the conversations with their sales teams. Simply put, to build an application to help sales managers become better coaches and get the best out of their sellers.
This is a hands-on job for a “gravitates to the hard problem solver” who is capable of uniting cross functional teams and working closely with UX and development. This team member will drive product releases based on key market requirements and help shape product positioning that supports an innovative “direct to customer” go to market approach. This person will also take point on advocating our solution internally as well as externally with partners and customers.
In this role, you will:
Relentlessly push to understand customer needs and ensures customer voice is considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions
Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, prioritizing, project execution, A/B testing, and product roll-out strategy
Identify unmet needs and disruption opportunities in the market
Guide interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative products to market
Test and iterate in small-scale pilots to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product-market fit and then scale to drive vertical and horizontal economics
Define learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure
Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle
Advocate and participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN activities to help establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps
Work closely with Sales, Design, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success to set and manage launch deadlines

Qualifications
7-10 years in a B2B, SaaS based Product Management role in a complex business environment
Solid working knowledge of market research and creating innovative product solutions
Proven ability to effectively collaborate cross-functional team members
Experience determining customer business challenges, developing concepts, executing product development, and executing Data and SaaS product launches in a flexible environment
Experience in owning and executing product line plans and roadmaps to advance a data driven business
Agile / SCRUM product development / Design Thinking mindset
Experience in managing the full product lifecycle process from innovation to launch to sunset
