About the Team:

VIZIO Inscape Technologies, LLC. Is pioneering big data products from Smart TV viewing data. We are actively looking for a seasoned leader and mission-driven Senior Director of Product Management to lead our exceptionally skilled product team and help us evolving our ACR system and data products to meet to highest standards while meeting market requirements. As the head of our Product team reporting into the General Manager and VP of Product, you will have significant leadership and influence on the evolution of our Data Products, Data organization and system design. 

Our Product team is highly involved on every aspect of the system to develop highly reliable data products.

As a manager of a growing product team you will be responsible for growing, retaining and hiring talents to deliver value using best practices.

About You:

• 10+ years of experience managing products and analytics.
• Track record in building data products from idea to customer adoption.
• Experience taking highly ambiguous problems and form a structured opinion on what we should do.
• Experience working and influencing effectively cross-functionally and building relationships across teams, including with people outside the direct reporting chain and senior executives.
• Experience defining what resourcing is needed to achieve those goals and effectively advocate for that.
• Experience managing and communicating effectively with executives.
• Experience escalating quickly and effectively.
• Experience and interest in contributing as an IC, including structuring strategy and execution (e.g. unblocking engineering teams).
• Masters/Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Equivalent Experience.
• Preferred experience in ACR systems, TV data or Ad Tech.

• Drive strategic direction, establish shared vision across the company by obtaining buy-in on critical priorities leading to product execution.
• Lead the definition, development, and launch of initiatives to drive growth, quality and relevance of our data products.
• Develop deep partnerships with Data Science, QA, engineering, operations and program management teams to deliver projects on time.
• Proactive in foreseeing issues and resolve them before they happen.
• Partner with stakeholders to align with objectives, priorities, tradeoffs and risks.
• Providing guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members.
• Maintaining high morale and motivating the delivery team to go above and beyond.
• Cultivate culture of executional excellence and analytical rigor.
• Support, develop and grow a healthy product management organization.

For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $181,900/year. The compensation package includes quarterly bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision, financial and other benefits.
