Salesforce Product Owner
Reporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Informatics, this Striver will serve as the Agile Product Owner for our Clinical Informatics Pod with a focus on our implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud. You'll partner with stakeholders to distill strategic goals into an actionable and transparent roadmap and backlog. You'll work closely with a team of product & program managers, Salesforce architects and admins, clinicians and executives. Your primary focus is to be the Voice of the Customer and to advocate for their experience (i.e., the less time they spend with administrative tasks and frustrating tools, the more time they can spend with patients!)
Essential Functions
- Owns Informatics team JIRA backlog and roadmap
- Work with stakeholders and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
- Work collaboratively with Solutions Architect to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories
- Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce/Health cloud
- Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
- Participate in key meetings with stakeholders and end users including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
- Conduct solution readiness validation in a staging environment prior to going live
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in health care or health tech setting
- Hands-on experience owning complex Salesforce implementations
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Deep understanding of clinical tools and why they are different from consumer facing products
- Proven ability to create and maintain a rock-solid backlog that is the north star for team prioritization and stakeholder visibility
- Talent for distilling abstract ideas and product vision into actionable nuts and bolts user stories and acceptance criteria
- You effortlessly employ spreadsheets and flowcharts as a medium to tell a complicated story to a non-technical audience
- Comfort working with a wide variety of customers including C-Levels, medical executives and day-to-day clinician stakeholders, corporate operations, financial, and external vendors
- Comfortable hunkering down with data and software engineers to make sure we're working on the right stuff in the right order
- Reviewing team deliveries for approval and constructively sending them back for rework if the acceptance criteria are not met
- Experience in an agile development environment (We use Scrum and two-week sprints)

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO or PSPO) or equivalent certification
- JIRA, Confluence, LucidChart mastery
- Experience working in a multi-team agile environment
- Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community)
Annual Salary Range: $112,500-$125,000
