THE OPPORTUNITY
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Sales Productivity Advisor at Xactly Corporation, you will leverage your sales and sales enablement experience to reduce onboarding time for new hire sales employees to full productivity while executing on continuous sales education programs that drive revenue and performance.
You will be responsible for:
Developing strong relationships with internal sales leaders and value added teams
Learning, creating and revising sales training content
Facilitating and delivering (in-person and virtual) sales training to new and existing sales employees
Coaching and providing feedback to new and existing sales employees
Learning and delivering training content for key tools and processes used by sales employees and Global Sales Productivity (GSP)

THE TEAM
Xactly's Global Sales Productivity (GSP) team is a growing team, looking to expand and add individuals with diverse backgrounds. Our team's goal is to increase sales effectiveness by reducing onboarding time from hire to full productivity while executing on continuous sales education programs that drive revenue and performance and we don't take that responsibility lightly. We take our role seriously but we have a lot of fun along the way!
THE SKILL SET:
Preferred Qualifications include:
BS/BA required
3+ years of successful related sales and/or training experience in cloud software preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels in the organization (rep to C-Suite)
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Experience using and delivering defined sales methodology training
Proficient in utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) tools and virtual meeting technology
Experience with various prospecting and social selling tools
Outstanding organizational skills
Proficient with Google Office Suite of products
Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, as appropriate
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL
Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
Build relationships with internal business partners including Sales Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations
Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL
Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don't know
Be responsible for working with subject matter experts and delivering engaging training in classroom/live virtual with a high level of satisfaction on Xactly's Value Selling Methodology and solutions to sales and sales consulting personnel.
Work with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Solution Consultant, Sales Operations, Value Engineering and other value added teams to facilitate training content creation and delivery.
Have the ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities, possess excellent time-management skill, keen attention to details and establish credibility very quickly.
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL
Begin to implement the vision for change/impact that you have been developing over the past 6-months
Provide mentoring, certification of other Sales Productivity Advisors and related leadership tasks.
Provide feedback on training sessions to program management team and/or management.
Have the ability to handle diverse groups of employees (internal and partners), including an international audience, and possess broad industry knowledge.
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL
Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide
Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumen
Act as subject-matter expert when called upon for curriculum development.
