Product Operations | Specialist
- Develop expert knowledge of Inspirato membership products and supporting internal systems and platforms
- Become subject matter expert on numerous systems and platforms used company wide with a priority focus on Salesforce.com and Zuora
- Provide strategic support across multiple business units delivering daily operating procedures and process governance
- Partner with Sales, Care and Accounting in new membership setup and enrollment reconciliation
- Troubleshoot various system-related issues impacting prospect and member enrollment process
- Serve as liaison with departments across the company creating daily operational processes and support materials
- Work closely across business units upholding process implementation, improvement and monitoring for internal adherence
- Play a supporting role in a diverse variety of revenue operations activities as needed
- Act cross functionally while taking ownership and executing upon strategic projects as requested
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service; demonstrating a high degree of professionalism in all functions and communications
- Work as an individual contributor while supporting teamwork
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Zuora
- 2-3 years of related professional experience working with sales and/or customer service teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, prioritize and consistently meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong problem solver who gathers and analyzes information skillfully and efficiently; works well in group problem solving situations
- Adapts to rapid change and competing priorities in a high growth work environment
- Service-oriented attitude with a desire to exceed expectations
