You are detail oriented, committed to the highest level of quality, eager to constantly evolve, and excited to fix healthcare in America through innovative technology.

What You’ll Do

• Identify new opportunities to improve how Apostrophe delivers data visibility to our employers and internal stakeholders
• Become intimately familiar with claims and payment data to understand how Apostrophe can build trust and add value to our clients
• Own cross-functional metrics and initiatives that will help Apostrophe grow by 4x by 2021
• Work with team members across Apostrophe to identify, document, and rollout new product features
• Work with engineering team and outside resources to identify and implement highest priority reporting needs, including external data integrations
• Be a cheerleader for Apostrophe and its product both inside and outside our office
• This position reports directly to the Director of Product

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of product, finance, or business analyst experience
• Significant experience with large, complex data structures and visualization; strong understanding of healthcare data and the common elements is a plus
• Experience with one or more modern data reporting and visualization platforms
• Experience with SQL or equivalent data programming language is a plus
• Experience developing and managing formal requirements in a collaborative agile team environment; experience with behavior-driven practices is a plus
• Understanding of data integration (ETL, EAI, etc) patterns and practices is a plus
• Self-starter that loves managing details and running towards the fire
• Excellent presence; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Upbeat, passionate, and unparalleled customer focus
