We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who want to get in on the ground floor of a blossoming Web-to-Print start up.  Here at Chiplab, we have a fun but hard-working culture and are looking for those with a similar spirit.  You will start on the production floor but we always look to promote internally to fill new positions as we grow.  

Production Team Members are responsible for Printing, Packing, and Shipping custom poker chips and accessories. Overall, we are looking for an ambitious individual who is looking for an entry point into the printing industry.

2. Requirements

• Comfortable working with computers.

• Attention to detail - you are comfortable raising production issues with your Project Manager.

• Flexibility - you can adapt to a process change.

• Good Time Management.

• Communication - You are comfortable communicating with your team.

• Reliable transportation (nearest light rail stop is Littleton/Mineral Station approx 3 miles away).

• Punctual - you can be depended on to arrive on time.

• High School Diploma/GED.

• US Citizen.

• Ability to read, write (type), and communicate in English.

• Works well with a team.

• Normal vision with no color blindness.

• The ability to lift 50 pounds without straining (intermittently).

    3. Additional traits we are looking for (not necessarily required)

• Experience working as an Operator in the printing industry (I.E. Kinkos).

• Experience with Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Knowledge of Mac/Linux machines using any RIP software (Caldera, Onyx, Rasterlink, etc.) and front end systems of digital printers.

    4. Additional Information

• ChipLab.com is located in Littleton around C-470 and Broadway.

• Typical hours of operation are 8:50-4:50 Monday - Friday with occasional night and weekend shifts.

• Hourly rate is $12-$14 (dependent on experience). Raise schedule based primarily on productivity/quota.

• If you work an 8-hour shift you are guaranteed an hour paid lunch break.
