The Product Training Manager is responsible for developing a road map that includes training a team, developing and implementing strategic training programs designed to increase revenue, productivity, customer/client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and employee development. 
 
Responsibilities

  • Lead and build external client product training strategy 
  • Lead meetings to aid in identifying suitable product training solutions. 
  • Facilitate the assessment of organizational-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. 
  • Utilize a variety of training techniques to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program. 
  • Actively search, creatively design and implement training to enhance performance. 
  • Stay abreast of HCM industry legislative changes and understand how they effect our clients on the platform. 
  • Communicate important HCM product and legislature changes to other members of the training team and our clients. 
  • Comfortable presenting training instruction "live" and via webinars. 
  • Comfortable in both group and 1 on 1 training situations. 
  • Comfortable training beginner and experienced audiences. 
  • Effectively multi-task and rearrange priorities on short notice. 
  • Travels up to 25% of the time. 
  • Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25lbs. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of education. 
  • Minimum of 5 years external client product training experience with an HCM environment. 
  • Kronos Workforce Ready experience required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in addition to strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in the development of PowerPoint Presentations. 
  • Solid relationship building skills with all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong research and reading comprehension skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
