Job Description

We are looking for a Product Support Analyst with strong interests and expert capabilities in the planning, organizing and execution of product support activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. ​This hands-on position with significant interaction with all areas of the company.

This individual excels at providing both highly analytical and creative ideas, and can ​bring those ideas to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical. The candidate will also have experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform issue investigation and leverage product knowledge to provide system support to business stakeholders

  • Liaise between business stakeholders and development team to resolve product bugs and complete enhancement requests

  • Leverage technical expertise to assist internal clients in the use of the OrthoFi product

  • Develop detailed enhancement and bug user stories and ensure acceptance criteria are met

  • Provide input into Product Support backlog and release candidates based on business support activities

  • Participate in feature and regression testing activities during each product release

  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or an engineering discipline required.

  • Two  or more years of business analysis and requirements gathering experience for software development projects

  • Understanding of Agile software development and project management methodologies

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and plan effectively with minimal supervision

  • Strong multitasking, critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Maintain composure and professionalism under high-pressure conditions; open-minded; solicits feedback

  • Experience with JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, and SQL preferred
