Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our KORE team to focus specifically on our Sponsorship product lines with a goal of driving value for rights holders, brands, and agencies alike. You will drive product innovation based on a continuous collection of inputs from internal stakeholders, customers, and market trends. Aligning feature requirements and prioritization with the overall company strategy will be a critical part of your daily duties and something you should be passionate about.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience to identify and fill product gaps
• Translate product strategy and feedback into detailed requirements for KORE’s development teams
• Act as the voice of the customer – be the focal point for knowledge and expertise in your product area
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Drive product launches including working with customer success, marketing, sales and other product management team members
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle
• Firm understanding of Agile principals
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

• Proven work experience in product management or product ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the sports or entertainment industry
• Experience working with Sponsorship teams is viewed as an advantage
• Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce experience is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Experience with bringing SaaS software to market
