We are looking for an experienced product owner to help us drive innovation and execute against our product roadmap and features set on behalf of our customers.
The ideal candidate can quickly grasp highly complex requests and crafts a creative, marketable, and performance approach that effectively addresses the request. The perfect candidate is innately curious and strives to understand the details behind the bigger picture and has management and agile experience writing user epics, features and stories.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Product Management and stakeholders to prioritize the road-map and champions the features which will provide the most internal and external value.
- Stays well informed about our clients’ business initiatives to conceptualize features that achieve their objectives.
- Consolidates requests, designs, and technical research to create well-defined and well documented requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Offers guidance to the team during design, development, and testing phases and holds accountability for the overall solution.
- Works with internal project teams to ensure a smooth consumption of the platform.
- Understands our clients’ while working with Agile teams, Product Management, Agile Program Manager and Release Train Engineer to understand the use of the product to deliver detailed communication and presentations on the value of various features.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years IT experience, 3-5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience. Leveraging agile practices while owning the software deliverables for web, mobile, tablet and desktop.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and managing iteration-level deliverables. As Product Manager or Owner have experience writing user features and stories with acceptance criteria throughout the software life cycle.
- Track record of successful delivery of medium and large-scale software development projects to production.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to document both technical details such as data flow diagrams or system integrations as well as document functional requirements in terms of user acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work with strong and dynamic personalities across various organizations including product management, development, operations and quality assurance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Web standards and leading web and mobile based applications.
- Knowledge in service-based architecture, UI development and building scalable RESTful services.
