Product Owner - Data Management Platform

This is a brand new role at Gloo so we need someone adventurous to join our team fulltime in Boulder that will help us build data standards and normalization rules to optimize our platform. You are a master at taking messy data from multiple sources – 1st party, 2nd party and even 3rd party and unifying them with rules and logic. Your experience working in the consumer data space with big data - before big data was cool - is what we are seeking. You have an approachable, engaging manner along with a passion for sharing the fascinating world of data with others. How you might spend your days:
- Providing vision and leadership as a subject matter expert to our product development efforts
- Researching, preparing, and evangelizing the product roadmap including defining short- and long-term vision
- Developing and maintaining data standards, normalization rules and reporting to optimize platform benefits
- Establishing partnership relationships with CRM related systems, specifically ChMs and EMR that contain member data
- Working with data engineering, and related teams to develop seamless integrations – you make it easy to work with our platform
- Research and implement services that allow Champion organization to optimize their own systems – ChMs audits and conversations
What you’ll bring along:
- BS/BA, ideally in a technical discipline or quantitative science
- 10+ years’ experience working in the consumer data space – maybe Ad Tech or market research
- Extensive experience building, running and supporting a data management platform
- Strong understanding of CRM, ERP or other backoffice systems
- Proven experience serving customers and partners in a high growth, high-service environment
- Innovative, detail-oriented, crisp communicator who is self-confident and willing to tackle uncharted territory
- Well refined presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, managing and switching priorities as needed
- Creative problem solver and logical thinker
- Outcome-focused, results-oriented, and an unshakably positive attitude
