A Little About the Role
The Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for curating and managing the data around Procare Desktop, Procare Online and DCW Products, including but not limited to monthly KPIs, user feedback (internal & external) and user behavior metrics that inform product development and decision making. This role will have the pivotal task of understanding at a very deep level the mechanics of our users, and what drives them within the product to elucidate best product implementation strategies. Additionally, the Product Operations Specialist will own product feature release communications and stakeholder meetings for all products, to ensure effective delivery communication of new features.

What You'll Do
- Ownership of the entire product management and analytics tool set. Tools include:
- Pendo
- Aha
- Redash
- Confluence
- InVision
- QueenBee
- Google Analytics
- Apple App Store
- Intercom (not directly used by product, but a tool that interface with customers that product needs awareness of)
- Own monthly OKR reporting for all three product lines.
- Own Pendo, Redash, Google Analytics, Apple App Store orchestration and output
- Leverage the tools listed above to create a company-wide report on product OKRs
- Willingness to learn SQL to implement queries on the fly as the product evolves and new insights prove helpful.
- Understand, then orchestrate Pendo to elucidate and optimize insights around customer behavior within products.
- Leverage Pendo’s tools to outline and follow user journey within the products to inform;
- Highest used features
- Users order of operations within product
- Guidance on new feature introduction timing and placement
- Best flow of product touring within product
- Suggestions around feature enhancements

- Consolidate Aha, Pendo and NPS feedback to a single repository for easy, actionable insights.
- Host product feedback sessions for Product Managers where top requests are shared from internal and external stakeholders. #5 Own, plan, manage and run all product communication, and interlock meetings utilizing available RACIs and the product communication framework.

- Develop and improve business processes to streamline product development and support existing products / features
- Manage the usage and improvements of the tools being used in product development
- Assist with developing strategies to solve customer and market problems
- Engage daily with the teams to prioritize work, identify impediments, and help achieve objectives
- Assist product managers and internal business partners to align roadmaps to strategic initiatives and metrics
- Assist with using a framework for prioritizing discovery, features and stories using Kanban and Scrum tools, including Jira and Aha!.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university OR relevant work experience OR combination of education and relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Salary
$70-85K DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine or have a medical exemption or religious accommodation. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.
