Impact of this role: As the Chief of Staff/Operations PM, you are passionate about solving the most important business and organizational problems at JumpCloud. You will report to the JumpCloud CPO, serving as a key leader in the company, working collaboratively alongside the product and engineering leadership team, as well as the broader leadership team, to drive our business forward. You’ll develop processes and champion key operation systems for the rhythm of the business, as well as partner to develop the overall product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Create systems throughout the organization to help the product team scale
- Drive collaboration and communication within the product organization, and between the product organization and its partner organizations in engineering, operations, customer success, marketing and finance etc
- Plan, lead, and facilitate executive meetings, leadership and team off-sites ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved
- Monitor and strengthen our business policies, audit and improve our capacity for operating our business effectively
- Develop high quality processes to improve how we operate. Drive business processes with monthly and quarterly prioritization, while collaborating with the leadership team and internal partners to meet cadence objectives

- Create and implement accurate plans, develop success metrics and communication approaches for these initiatives and projects
Qualifications:
- Experience driving complex projects or programs with several competing stakeholders, ideally in a software development
- Experience working cross functionally with multiple areas of the organization
- Experience in collecting business insights and identifying trends utilizing data from multiple sources
- Experience presenting information to senior leadership in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and ability to manage change
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Operations, Product Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, Program Management, etc.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $135,000-$150,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings plan. Where you’ll be working
All our roles are remote in the U.S. unless otherwise specified. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote (in the U.S.), work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
