Downtown Denver-based luxury vacation company seeks a Product Operations Lead to support a new product Inspirato is launching. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, loves process, and is able to find efficiencies in everything from product management to team organization. The position will work closely with the product operations and marketing operations teams and is responsible for ensuring all product operations (throughout the entire consumer journey) align with the product, the core business, and the brand.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process Implementation – Work collaboratively with product operations, marketing operations, and accounting/finance to create efficient and effective processes.
  • Documentation – Responsible for documentation and continual audit of SOPs, processes, and systems.
  • Technology/Platform Expertise – Ability to create content in Salesforce, Unbounce, DryFly, Umbraco, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Process Improvement – Identify opportunities for process and/or quality improvements and follow-through with implementation and dissemination of improvements.
  • Project Management – Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely follow-up and follow-through.

  • Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate effectively and in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adaptability – Adapt to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, appreciates opportunity to adjust and adapt with growing business.
  • Project Management – Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are properly presented, managed and reported.
  • Diplomacy – Successfully build relationships across departments; deal with people in a sensitive and effective way.
  • Self-Starter – Anticipate and interpret department needs and put together an action plan.

 

Qualifications – Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business or hospitality field, e.g., journalism, communications or entrepreneurship. 
  • 5+ years of experience in related roles. Luxury travel experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Inspirato’s business systems and processes is a plus
  • Travel industry experience a plus
  • Agency/consultant experience a plus
