Accelo is looking for a smart, organized, and hardworking individual to join our team, working closely with our CEO and our client-facing teams as a Product Operations Associate.

Do you often think about what's behind web and mobile products when you're using them, thinking "Why did they do this?" or "Would it make more sense if they did that?"

Are you someone who loves being the detective, digging into evidence (data), talking to witnesses (users, your colleagues, developers) and getting to the bottom of mysteries?  Come join a rapidly growing organization as we take our amazing ServOps solution that makes a real and meaningful difference to the lives of potentially millions of people.

Accelo is a SaaS business automation tool for SMB professional services organization. We help small, medium business get back to the work that they love. At Accelo, we thrive on creating a fun, productive, and comfortable work environment. We play hard and work hard - after all, it's a start up!  If you can handle a ping-pong paddle, enjoy working in a chaotic and fast-paced environment and want to take part in our Friday lunch parties, then we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the CEO and Product team in prioritizing, planning, scoping and tracking new product features and enhancements/improvements to existing product.
  • Reviewing, analysing and making recommendations to support decision making by the CEO and Product team using internal data, competitive research and feedback from client-facing parts of the business.
  • Conducting interviews with colleagues in client-facing roles and facilitating interviews with clients/users to learn and understand challenges, shortcomings and opportunities for product.
  • Organizing and managing projects to deliver requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation, system implementation, and client education.
  • Managing communication around Product with a variety of functional teams and with end clients directly via email and our Ideas Forum.
  • Coordinating and prioritizing on-demand requests for product analysis and execution.

What we're looking for:

  • High level of organization, attention to detail and follow through. You'll be able to consume extensive amounts of information from various channels and synthesize it while remaining organized.
  • Experience in and passion for data analytics. You don't need to be a quant, but you'll  need to be familiar with cohorts, A/B tests and will be able to make recommendations to the CEO and product team based on data through our analytics tools (primarily Heap and Google Analytics).
  • Our product has a lot to offer!  We’re looking for someone to help drive a tech business with monthly usage in the hundreds of thousands based on raw data.
  • Experience in and passion for research and learning. This role requires a heavy external learning about our users, the market, and most importantly our product.
  • A passion to make people's work life easier - our mission is to help our clients do the work they love by automating and streamlining the mundane stuff with smart technology.
  • 1-2 years previous experience with product or business operations for a SaaS company while understanding the key metrics of a SaaS company.
  • Added bonus - if you have experience working in a professional services context - agency, consultancy or otherwise.

Why working here is F*&!#@N awesome!

  • Get in on the ground floor of growing company with a clear vision to scale in the Denver area.
  • A fun, creative and collaborative work environment with playful yet hyper-motivated peers.
  • 360 degree views of the Rockies, city, and skyline from the 19th floor of a centrally located downtown office with a world-class gym and bicycle storage.
  • Amazing benefits including fully covered individual healthcare, RTD EcoPass for convenient and environmentally conscious commutes, Friday social activities, and more!
  • Kitchen stocked with snacks & drinks, a plethora of caffeinated options, and Friday catered lunch, just don’t blame us if you gain a pound or two and can’t sleep :)
  • Accelo is committed to hiring a diverse workforce as it helps us make better decisions, succeed faster, and better serve our global clients.
