Description

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling the delivery of Personal Capital’s wealth management services from 30k clients with over $20B AUM to 100k+ clients. You will be focused on scaling the advisory and operational services while creating an experience that clients cannot imagine living without.

You will work with stakeholders across the Personal Capital organization and work closely with a dedicated engineering team to drive results.

Core questions you’ll ask and evaluate, but not limited to, are for example:

  • Do clients understand how their financial lives have improved through the usage of Personal Capital’s wealth management services? How can this be improved to increase net additions and boost retention and referrals?
  • How can we enhance or add new wealth management services to expand our client base?
  • What are the most time consuming tasks of the advisory and operations teams? How could those tasks be automated? How can we serve more clients without growing headcount? 

     

Responsibilities

  • Overall definition of success of this area and corresponding KPI’s, we will help you win but we want you to be able to define the game and how you keep score 
  • Defining clear requirements for design and engineering to keep the team on track to meet their goals
  • Driving results in net additions, retention, and referrals
  • Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and managing expectations

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a software Product Manager
  • Experience in FinTech
  • Experience using product analytics tools to understand customer behavior at scale
  • Experience building consumer facing software products that customers use in their everyday lives
  • Experience building products from concept to launch
  • Experience with vendor vetting and onboarding a plus
  • Asset Management platform experience a plus

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$ 80,300.00-132,600.00
