 Position Summary 

DispatchHealth is seeking an eager and driven Product Manager to join our team! This role will focus on  developing and growing our hospital at home product, known as Advanced Care. The PM on this team will be responsible for building the products and technology that enable DispatchHealth to provide world-class care at home for patients who would have otherwise ended up being admitted to a traditional hospital facility, transforming DispatchHealth from an alternative to Urgent Care or the ER into a more comprehensive health system – this is our next frontier. 

This position will be responsible for developing and executing against the high-level product strategy for enabling and optimizing episodes of care that play out over multiple visits, as well as for what happens in between episodes of care. This position will need to have a keen understanding of our business objectives, be able to translate those into concrete problems to be solved via technology, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data to bring these solutions to life, and collaborating across teams to deploy them successfully and drive a massive impact. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Act as product domain expert at all levels of customer interactions and represent the voice of customers to internal teams. 
  • Create and execute product roadmaps that achieve business goals and align with overall strategy. 
  • Exhibit good judgment in balancing considerations for size of opportunity, scope of development and support costs, risks, and end-user experience. 
  • Deeply understand the technical and business needs of existing and target customers, from patients to providers and beyond. 
  • Define use cases, business processes, workflows, and detailed product requirements documents that clearly articulate desired product functionality. 
  • Provide guidance to Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver great products to our customers. 
  • Partner with Operations, Clinical, and Marketing to successfully roll out new products and enhancements, ensuring a great end-to-end customer experience across the board. 
  • Create, implement, coordinate, and train users on enhancements to the product. 

Education and Experience: 

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, and a track record of delivering high quality software. 
  • Can grow a product from a concept to reality, and has driven the execution of go-to-market strategies. 
  • Strong, collaborative work ethic with ability to work in close partnership with software development, design, and other functions as a part of a larger project team. 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, focused on concrete impact and hands-on execution. Can work independently and is self-motivated. 
  • Makes sound business judgments, has strong decision-making and analytics skills, and can identify and prioritize the highest impact work. Highly organized and attentive to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • BA / BS in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field preferred. 
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Location: Remote, USA

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $120,000 - $160,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role can be located anywhere in the US.
