Arryved Inc. is a Boulder-based company specializing in Point-of-Service for craft breweries, restaurants and other craft destinations. We operate in hundreds of establishments across the country, with many of the top craft establishments using our platform. You've probably seen our system in use at craft destinations nationwide—or maybe you've used the Arryved mobile app yourself.  At our core we use software to build excellent customer experiences on both sides of the counter, from being the central hub of the restaurant/taproom and back-of-house, to online sales and mobile guest experiences. About You

We are looking to hire a Product Manager who is:

• Enthusiastic about building software and mobile / web products the customers love

• Fanatical about studying customers and markets and identifying opportunities to both wow customers and create great businesses

• An iterative builder by nature, who likes to build base products and businesses from scratch and then continuously iterate and deliver impactful product enhancements based on customer feedback

• Someone that wants to work with world-class technology engineers, executives and venture capital investors to learn what it takes to build great products and businesses

Must Haves:

• 5+ years Product Management experience

• Proven understanding of web & app based B2B & B2C products

• Experience defining & launching new products from scratch & building  

• Perform user research/analytics in search of the most impactful ways to improve our products

• Able to synthesize customer usage/requests/needs into product specs & launch plans (written documentation, workflows, wireframes, etc) 

• Balance internal & external stakeholder needs/constraints to build win-win product solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in a technically relevant field, or relevant work experience 

• Technical self-starter and self-directed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized & ability to move and adapt/adjust quickly

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in Hospitality and/or FinTech industry

The job will entail:

• Collaborating and communicating with stakeholders of all internal & external backgrounds (Merchants, Guests, Engineering, Executives, Marketing, Support, etc.) to:

  • Define customer needs & develop product specs

  • Position and message new products for launch

  • Collect & analyze data (market, product, etc) and customer feedback to continuously optimize existing products & identify potential opportunities for new products

• Becoming an expert in our customers’ & industry’s needs

• Being physically located in the general Boulder, CO (Denver) metro area

COVID-19: Arryved is currently working on a rotating in office and remote schedule, by teams. We do expect the Boulder office to re-open at full capacity sometime in 2021.

Salary: Based on actual qualifications and experience, you would be slotted into one of the following:

Product Manager I - 75 to 110K

Product Manager II - 95 to 135K
