Product Manager

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the personal financial management and financial planning tools accessed by over 2.8 million Personal Capital customers. You will be focused on driving engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial wellness for Personal Capital’s registered users and wealth management clients.

You will work with stakeholders across the Personal Capital organization and work closely with a dedicated engineering team to enhance the customer experience and drive results.

Core questions you’ll ask and evaluate, but not limited to, are for example:

• Are customers engaging with the financial tools? If not, why not?

• Is the financial wellness of our customers improving through usage of the tools? How can we expedite their progress in improving their financial lives?

• Do customers understand how their financial lives have improved through the usage of Personal Capital’s tools?

Responsibilities

• Driving results in customer engagement, satisfaction and financial wellness

• Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and managing expectations

• Overall definition of success of this area and corresponding KPI’s, we will help you win but we want you to be able to define the game and how you keep score 

• Defining clear requirements for design and engineering to keep the team on track to meet their goals

About You

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a software Product Manager

• Experience in FinTech

• Experience using product analytics tools to understand customer behavior at scale

• Experience building consumer facing software products that customers use in their everyday lives

• Aggregation platform experience a plus

Competitive compensation, includes base salary and eligibility to participate in either an annual bonus program or sales incentive plan, as applicable. Base salary range provided below is a reasonable estimate and final base salary may differ based on the selected candidate’s education, training, experience, licensure requirements, travel requirements and geographic location.
