Product Manager

Fluid needs product managers who own their product area to swiftly drive impact in the mobility space and change the way businesses own and operate their commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to drive products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at the speed of Fluid.

  • Help refine and execute Fluid Truck's product vision and strategy
  • Understand Fluid Truck's ecosystem, markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
  • Provide product vision and direction for the 
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, UX, and other cross-functional teams to delivery value for our users
  • Agree on scope with stakeholders for multiple programs, set timelines and communicate updates to engineering, product, and executive leadership

Qualifications

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • A BA/BS degree in information systems, computer science, informatics, marketing, technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of product management experience
  • Strategic and analytical skills. Ability to gather and analyze information, and turn them into a thoughtful and compelling product vision
  • Define and manage KPI's to optimize business impact
  • Good problem stating and problem solving skills, and turning ambiguous problems into solutions
  • The ability to deal with ambiguity, setting own goals and effectively delivering to them in a very fast-changing environment
  • The ability to think about the long-term, and then decompose that vision into concrete, actionable plans
  • Be the internal champion for all new tools and systems to drive adoption and ensure maximum impact.
