We are seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic, progressive healthcare technology team and be a key member of the team responsible for the growth of PowerGridRx, the healthcare industry’s only cloud-based enterprise platform designed exclusively for end-to-end clinical medication management.

You will work closely with customers, software engineers, clinical pharmacists, sales, marketing, and the senior leadership team to achieve PipelineRx’s vision of connecting every provider and patient to pharmacy. 

This position is based in our downtown Denver location in LoDo, near Union Station with excellent public transportation options, restaurants, bars, and shops.

As Product Manager at PipelineRx your typical daily responsibilities are to:

  • Align product strategy to company goals and drive positive business outcomes
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders and customers to identify opportunities, understand pain-points, and validate proposed solutions
  • Research new product and market opportunities including market size, target market, competitors, value proposition, revenue streams, and solution requirements
  • Analyze cost and benefits of build vs. buy vs. partner options as part of the product requirements definition and development effort scoping process
  • Product requirements definition and prioritization
  • Partner with clinical subject matter experts and UX / UI designer
  • Create and manage a product roadmap
  • Act as product owner for agile scrum team: 
    -Create user stories and facilitate grooming for user story refinement and estimation
    -Curate and prioritize the product backlog 
    -Work closely with software engineers to kick off, review and accept user stories, answer questions, provide guidance during the software development process.
    -Lead product demonstrations and participate in scrum activities including standups, planning and retrospectives
    -Work with the team on sprint planning, collaborate with other product owners and product development leaders in the preparation and facilitation of quarterly release planning
  • Work with Customer Success and Sales team to identify and select Beta sites to test new products and features. Manage Beta sites for the duration of the Beta test period, soliciting feedback, and prioritizing new enhancement requests.
  • Create ROI model, pricing, positioning, and sales and marketing collateral 
  • Work closely with Software Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams

 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile software development environment with proven ability to define requirements and effectively coordinate development and delivery with software engineering teams
  • 3+ years’ experience as a product manager in healthcare, with a track record of success in conceptualizing, defining, launching, and growing new product offerings
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with technical, clinical, and business stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; you can express your ideas in an open and collaborative environment
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business goals and employ creative thinking to solve problems
  • Strong customer and stakeholder empathy and ability to be the voice of the customer
  • Healthcare industry experience required. Prior experience with enterprise clinical products used by pharmacists and nurses is preferred
  • BS in science, engineering, or business
