The ezCater Product Management team is responsible for providing the vision, execution, and analysis necessary to achieve our mission. Our team is characterized by our customer-centric focus, data-driven approach to decision making, love of experimentation, and ability to move at lightning speed. As a Product Manager on our e-commerce team, you’ll be responsible for driving high-impact projects that improve the infrastructure and scalability of the ezCater platform. 

What You'll do:

• Drive the overall vision for this space. Work with internal stakeholders and partners to gather requirements, create user stories, and develop our platform roadmap
• Guide cross-functional teams in a highly iterative, rapidly evolving agile environment
• Champion brand new platform strategies, approaches, and frameworks
• Drive analysis and recommendations to identify/prioritize the most significant opportunities for simplification, standardization, and component re-use
• Create best practices to eliminate duplicate work and ensure our resources are used efficiently
• Manage feature development from conception through design, build, release, and iteration
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to assess value, usability, and feasibility of new offerings
• Create and monitor the ongoing metrics that measure and define success

You have:

• 4-5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience developing new products or ideas, including the internal processes needed for full adoption and support
• Comfort in a highly-entrepreneurial environment where flexibility, creativity, and initiative are highly-valued
• Strong diplomacy skills to build consensus between competing business needs and objectives
• A process that includes regularly engaging with your end users to ensure your solutions meet their needs. In this case, your end users will be your fellow Product and Engineering teams!
• A healthy dose of creativity surrounded by data guardrails
• A highly collaborative approach, supported by excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working directly with agile development teams
