We are a well-funded startup based out of beautiful Scottsdale, AZ, with a tremendous opportunity ahead (product management position is in Boulder/Denver Area). The development team is committed to agile value delivery and solid engineering principles, as well as continuously improving our craft. We are leveraging an outsourced development team and maintain all product management and design in the US.
We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Manager to help take us take the product to the next level! The ideal candidate is self-motivating and has a passion for product management and the development process overall.
Responsibilities
Work both independently and with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and business opportunities
Clearly define requirements for features
Coordinate execution across engineering and business teams to meet deadlines
Participate and run agile ceremonies (daily standup, backlog grooming, iteration planning, retrospective)
Define, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive activities that support the continued growth and health of the product
Required skills and experience
3+ years of professional experience in product
Experience working on Agile teams
Experience writing and managing software requirements and bugs
Proven ability to achieve results
Passion for the product development process
Desired skills and experience
Experience in the logistics industry
Experience working with Jira
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience managing offshore teams

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, business, or other related field
