As a Product Manager you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process. You will work cross functionally to ensure that the product is engaging, easy-to-use, intuitive, and meets the needs of our customers. You will own specific areas of the product roadmap and be responsible for managing priorities and developing feature sets.

Responsibilities:
- Keep up with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and development priorities.
- Understand and advocate for the user experiences of our customers.
- Know our customers, their challenges, and how they deal with those challenges today.
- Develop and vet ideas that will drive business results.
- Gather business requirements and develop use cases.
- Write detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define KPIs and go-to-market plan.
- Analyze and report on product performance to identify optimization opportunities and define prioritization.
- Manage products through various launch phases and follow-on releases.
- Create and deliver product training to enable sales and support teams.
Required Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field.
- 3+ years' experience in web / mobile product management.
- Proven track record for taking ideas from start to finish.
- A passion for creating highly engaging web and mobile products.
- Comfort with an iterative design and development process that includes accepting and managing feedback and constructive criticism.
Highly desired background:
- Proven record building and optimizing features for SAAS products.
- Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Deep understanding of payment processing and payments industry.
- Intimate knowledge of the inner workings of service-based businesses.
