Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team. This role will have responsibility for the strategic direction and implementation of a set of deposit and investment products targeting the mergers and acquisitions market. This candidate will ideally have subject matter expertise in the banking, investments, financial services, payments, or mergers & acquisition space and a desire to deliver great products to the market. This person will be responsible for the definition, management, messaging and positioning of a rapidly growing portfolio. This position will be based in our Denver or Minneapolis office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyzing market segments and working with customers to define and deliver new products and enhancements to the existing SRS Acquiom portfolio.
• Working with key banking and finance partners to develop and refine our portfolio of products to the market
• Developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates our approach in the market
• Working with and advocating for internal groups like Sales and Operations to ensure that our solutions can be delivered effectively and competitively
• Working with Marketing to enable our sales teams and partners to effectively deliver and communicate the value proposition and positioning of our portfolio
• Become the expert in the M&A field and understand the trends, regulations and competition that drive the market

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with at least 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role
• Very strong communication and presentation skills 
• Background in financial services and M&A activities desirable
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
• 10% travel expected
•  Knowledge of the M&A process a plus
