Job Description
Upsuite is looking for an experienced and motivated product manager to constantly tune our marketplace and coworking operator products to maximize conversion and operator satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must possess both business and technical savvy, as well as the ability to maintain a big-picture vision and the drive to make the vision reality.
Responsibilities
As an Upsuite Product Manager, you'll be working with our engineers under our Company CEO to:
Concept and create system solutions to meet user needs
Implement and test conversion initiatives
Serve as Upsuite’s hub for user research
Adjust user workflows
Manage/update monthly model data for acquisition and site usage
Define sprints
Create detailed story and requirements
Conduct user testing
Qualifications
5+ years of work experience, with 2+ years as a Product Manager
A strong analytical and technical background
Marketplace or SaaS background (preferred)
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Critical thinker/ leader: willing to chart the course
Community-minded and connected
Accountable and committed
A desire to work smart and efficiently
Willing to travel when needed
