  • A personal connection to an intentional lifestyle of health and wellness, personal growth, consciousness, and/or mindfulness.

  • An intimate understanding of the aspirational consumer who values spirituality, mindfulness, personal growth, and intentional living.

  • A familiarity with the social and online dating consumer software space, the big players, the products and their mechanics, and most importantly an intuitive understanding of the social and emotional context of why customers "hire" them.

  • An enthusiasm for a customer-facing role, representing MeetMindful as an empathetic interviewer and researcher, and organized, professional facilitator of group events and testing sessions.

  • Strong analysis skills with quantitative and qualitative data, comfortable manipulating data in Sheets/Excel to highlight insights, and ability to pick-up and learn product analytics tools like Mixpanel and Google Analytics.

  • A high personal standard for creating polished strategy, research, and reporting deliverables, designed to make a clear and strong case for recommendations, action items, and next steps.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, a natural tendency to passionately represent the customer and frame the opportunities that will best serve them with reason and clarity.

  • Experience working with other stakeholders in product, design, engineering, customer support, marketing, and sales on prioritization of the product backlog, with empathy and understanding derived from experience balancing cross-departmental needs.

  • Experience working with the "makers" in design and engineering from generative ideation workshops through delivery, and ability to keep development priority organized toward meeting deadlines consistently.

  • Local to the greater Denver/Boulder area and able to work full-time from our office in downtown Denver.
