We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our Denver, CO based team.As Product Manager you will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Deeply understand our users, their problems, where they find value, and where we have opportunities to improve
  • Improve efficiencies and reduce operational overhead by building products designed to streamline internal intelligence and automation of tasks / routine practices
  • Bridging important changes from inside the organization to other departments like customer support and trading teams so that they can provide better experiences to end-user consumers as the business scales
  • Synthesize stakeholder feedback and data analysis into clear product requirements that will enhance user satisfaction
  • Prioritize the most important initiatives
  • Be responsible for contributing to the overall product strategy, and building and maintaining your product roadmap
  • Launch best in market products and features with a detailed and thoughtful approach from end-to-end - discover, develop, test, deploy, measure.
  • Thrive within ambiguity and find new, creative ways to solve problems every day, with data as your guide
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and analytics teams to make swift and informed decisions, move fast, and deliver great products
  • Actively participate in project kick-off meetings, workshops, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuously improve process.
  • Responsible for managing information security risks to the Company, as well as adhering to the Company's information security policies


SKILLS WE SEEK

  • Ability to integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health and to make hard prioritization decisions
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills: you communicate clearly and concisely, including with leadership, and can tailor your message to your audience

  • Deeply curious: you operate with a sense of urgency and always look for new ways to understand our customers and create value on their behalf
  • Passionate about good product & marketing tech- savvy with digital trends, apps etc.

The 17,000 square foot PointsBet office located in the LoDo area of downtown Denver balances Scandinavian design with inspiration from the many sports that help power the PointsBet product. Our offices are conveniently located within a short walking distance from Union Station.
